Scenario Four
If I were the manager and the director of the dental facility came to me with the issue of scheduling conflicts for the students. I would use the collaboration style to find a way to come up with a viable solution that would be acceptable for both the director and the students. We would need to sit down and see if there would be a way to incorporate another lecture within the schedule t meet the requirements so that the students would be able to work and get the required credentials that would be adequate for the director.
Scenario Five As the manager in this scenario it seems as though the manager has brought the concerns of his misappropriation of coding files has caused several errors. He informed her that he would try and do the coding correctly, but instead continued to experience problems.
