Poverty refers to lack of money and resources. Child poverty can be defined as a growing child not going to school, malnutrition, homeless children etc. Poverty strikes the most when five basic needs of a person do not get fulfilled. Beggars, domestic helps or laborers can be termed as poor. They live on streets, children don't get educated and don't even get medical facility.
