Situation Analysis:
Saskpolytech is an instructive organization situated in Saskatchewan. It has 4 campuses in Saskatchewan, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon. The head office is in Saskatoon. Currently, Saskpolytech needs more international students to get more success and to compete different education institutions. This is because Saskpolytech is in different province and weather and job ratio affects Saskpolytech to get more overseas admissions.
Strategy:
1) Offer new courses to international students
2) To help students who is in financial crisis by giving scholarship and by financial services

• Students would prefer not to come to Saskatchewan specifically from India as they have never known about this region and in addition they don't discover any companions or relatives in Saskatchewan
• Saskatchewan is known as a cold region of Canada in many countries so many students don’t want to come directly to Saskatchewan as they are not used to with this type of weather.
SWOT Analysis:
Strength:
• Locations is an important factor for Saskpolytech. Its located in inside the small city and it is very helpful for local as well as international students as they can live at lower cost than in bigger city.
• Different types of courses offered under one roof
• Less educational cost expenses when contrasted with University training
• Most of the courses comes with co-op studies
• Large number of local understudies at all areas
Weakness:
• There are differences for fees and other things between local and international students.
• There is no industry collaboration for international students for getting practical experience or for the campus …show more content…
• Thus, understudies now have expanded haggling power since Saskpolytech can browse the huge number of post-auxiliary alternatives that oblige their inclination, way of life, schedule, spending plan, and that's just the beginning.
4. Bargaining power of suppliers:-
