Introduction
Sarah’s Morning Coffee (SMC) is a start-up coffee and baked goods retail store in South Carolina. The owner will finance a ten-year loan. SMC wants to get the interest of a repeat customers with a large variety of coffee and baked goods. The company plans to dominate the market area with industry experience and weak competition in the region.
SMC’s goal is to offer products at competitive pricing that reflects the middle to upper income of residents in the area of the location.
