A place that has made an impact on my life was Santolina Farm. Santolina Farm was a horse ranch where I grew up. The ranch is located in Cave Creek, Arizona. It was a horse ranch used for boarding and training horses in equestrian sports. I lived on the ranch for twelve years. My childhood home, Santolina Farm, was filled with horses, open spaces and family.
The horses were mostly Arabian breeds and they were trained to participate in horse shows. I remember the ranch with fondness, many of my childhood memories are reminiscent of the time I spent there.
