While on patrol, I was dispatched and responded to the clubhouse of Sand pebble (located at 4740 Bay Blvd, in reference to a complaint of criminal mischief. Upon arrival, I made contact with a witness (identified as Arthur Giammarino). Arthur is a resident of the Sand Pebble community. Arthur stated that, when he arrived at the clubhouse this afternoon, at approximately 12:15 P.M., he observed that a "no skateboards" sign, that is normally display on the clubhouse entrance railing, was broken and laying on the ground (directly below it's normal location). Arthur further stated that he observed some concrete debris strewn about the entrance and walkway to the clubhouse. Upon further investigation, I was unable to observe any sections of concrete
