Yet to date I haven't received any report on the sample I mailed-in? Given the sample size required in your kit is smaller than the sample size required by water testing laboratories. I don't believe High Quality Water of AZ ever intended to have the sample tested for quality.
Furthermore, I believe your only using the promise of water quality testing as a means to get consumers contact information for leads and to sell for profit.
