The patient has a hx of venous insufficieny to her lower extremities and in the past she was seeing vascular. However, the patient states that her husband was able make her an appt with vascular but a referral is needed for the appt. Due to T-con dated in Dec. Vascular recommends tha the patient follow up with her provider. Apt was scheduled. The patient was encourage to arrive 15 minutes prior to her appt time. The patient agrees and verbalized uderstanding.
