[14]. can distinguish this disease through know some symptoms such as pain,fluid ,draining from the ear, numbness, weakness,a lump, and trouble swallowing the most type of salivary gland cancer when gland has a painless lump. In addition, it cause palsy in facial nerve. uranium is one reasons frome several reasons to cause this cancer. Also, TP53 located in salivary gland neoplasms (SGN) at 17p 13.1, and it is altered in many types of cancer. It has been shown to contain one of the initiating mutations in the majority of ulcerative colitis-associated neoplasias; however, the role of p53 in salivary gland neoplasms is controversial and needs to be clarified. …show more content…
Other papers presented positive immunoexpression of p53 protein, yet TP53 mutations seem to be uncommon events in pleomorphic adenomas (PA), adenoid cystic carcinomas (ACC), mucoepidermoid carcinomas (MEC) and carcinomas ex pleomorphic adenomas (CAexPA).
