Journal Summary, Over this long trip, I have experienced more things than any man will experience in his life. I travelled with Captain Meriwether Lewis, Captain William Clark, and four dozen other men. We came across native american tribes and treated very well by them. We traded with the tribes, expanded trading routes, and invited tribe representatives to Washington D.C. Also, if it was not for Sacagawea, we would not have returned home to greet our families.
