SNC: Effective Communication Case Study

SNC brief an five paragraph order that covered all of the paragraph with the exeception of of the Command and Signal paragraph. SNC displayed a level of confidence while speaking in a loud tone voice which demonstrated that SNC understood the mission. SNC stated accurate information that was given and SNC did develop an intial plan prior to the start of execution. SNC made decsisions without relying on suggestions up until the fire team recieved a casualty during enemy contact. SNC did not make a decision during friction in which the fire team took it upon themself to provide treatment to the casualty.
