• There is monopoly to them because in market not many other competitors offer similar products.
• They are also private dining planners for our events.
• The market share of this organization is high.
WEAKNESS-
• The target market is only upper class people ( having high disposable income).
• In many locations there is only option of dinner only.
• The criteria for opening franchise is very strict
