PREPARATION
There is half a basketball court of space. In which there is a need to set up two activities before the start of the session. Prior to the session I will need to get out 10 cones and colour coat them, 4-5 balls and 2 tags and 1 strap for each student.

For the first activity it will involve passing. Therefore, I will need to show an example of how to pass the ball. The throwing style is just a basic rugby throw that is just two hand pointing to where you want to pass it and a Flick of the wrist. So I would put emphases the importance of the flick. Saying while showing the technique, “it’s just a quick flick of the wrists.”
For the second activity, it involves tagging so I would just demonstrate how too properly and appropriately how to take the tags off and what you can’t do to avoid tags. While showing the tag technique I would say, “Use two hands to take of the tags, as if you use one hand it’s much harder to take off the tag.” Then while demonstrating what no to do I would say, “Don’t cover the tags with your hands or arm, which is known as penguining.” I would then walk like a penguin.
