R/s Rebecca couldn’t parent her 4-year-old child. R/s the child almost ran out the motel room. R/s Rebecca stated that she feels like she will have to sleep with someone for money. R/s Christopher said his father scratched him, but Rebecca said the child’s father is in jail. R/s Christopher changed his story to that he fell down outside.
