Ensuring that quality management is enforced throughout the company is crucial to the success of any supply chain. The above discourse has addressed the importance of producing high quality end-items, while examining how operational issues could contribute to low quality overall. In addition, creating good, well established contracts through mutual trust and shared profits is a must for any supply chain. The focus must be on consistent, efficient, and effective supply chains through organizational process development.
