" Ewww! What happened to your arm? ", questioned Austin. Like every Sunday, I get up, get ready for church, eat lunch, and go see the horses because we had them boarded in Woodville and we could not go and see them everyday. We lived in Scottsboro Alabama and in the city you are not allowed to have farm animals, that is why we had to board them. But this Sunday was a little different. We decided to ride our horses today. I love riding horses, it makes me feel free. Our horses are Tennessee Walking horses, my horse's name is Short Cut Sue, she was a show horse, and my sister, Matlyn, her horse's name was Cutter, the son of " Sue". So Matlyn and I start riding and we go about two to three laps and Matlyn decides she wants to ride my horse. So I get on Cutter and she gets on Sue. …show more content…
" MAMA! HELP MEEEE!!! My mom and dad took off running to me. My mom got me and my dad went to go take care of the horses. " Calm down, you are going to be ok." ,Answered my mother. She looked at my arm and replied, " It's going to be ok, but we are going to have to take you to the hospital."
I looked at my arm and I saw blood running down and right there I saw a hole in my arm, the bone was sticking out. By this time I was in so much shock I did not know what was going on. I walked to the car and we had to leave Matlyn and my brother, Christian, there cause we had our dogs with us. So we leave and start heading to the Hardee's in Gurley because the ambulance told us to meet them there. When they got there they started asking me a lot of questions and put me in a neck brace. I was so scared. When I got in the ambulance, we took off. They let my mom sit in the front cause I was young and terrified. My dad drove the car. He beat the ambulance to the hospital. When I arrived, they started doing a lot of test and they finally got me in a room around 2:00 am , when I arrived at 4:00 or 5:00 pm. The
