Communities can be defined in many different ways; however, concepts such as space, people, interacting and shared identity can be found in most of these descriptions. (Netting, 2013). Communities can be defined by their geographical, spatial or territorial location. The Native Americans and Hispanic population continue to have ties to their homeland and practice their own traditions and culture within this neighborhood setting. The Rose Hill neighborhood does provide different social programs to improve the social networking among the various diverse groups. Included in their agendas is various outreach programs, such as, the Mary Twyla House, which supports the Hispanic culture as well as the Four Directions Community program which upholds the traditions of the Native American
