“To be or not to be” is a good quote for the article of “Roger Ebert: The Essential Man” because to be a happy person and being a person who doesn't remember things and when criticizing movies by Harry Caine makes him remind himself of memories even memories like when he had to face cancer in his jaw and It had to be removed, but that didn't stop him from ’being who he is today and It also didn't stop him from fearing death when he almost died of lost of blood as in an example in his article he states that “ I know it's coming and i do not fear it”(Roger Ebert72). By that his worst experience keeps him fighting for life and also with his head held high.He says in his article that “ i hope to be spread as much pain as possible on the approach path”(Roger Ebert72). I feel like Ebert saying that he doesn't want to face pain anymore because what he went through was

When I interacted with my mother it was more of the relaxing kind because she gave me good advice and diverse ways of seeing things than my father. My mother when she saw I was struggling with a subject in school she would go and talk to my teachers to see what can be done to help me improve. For my father, it is the opposite because he wants me to get great grades and not slack off a bit. He is the one that is more demanding when it comes to school rather than my mother. It is like one parent is more understanding and the other is not as much because perfection is the best method.…

Both “12 Years a Slave” and “Amistad have their fair share of the true history behind each film. In “Amistad” Spielberg somewhat abuses history to make the film more entertaining.
