It was later stated in the “New York Time as well as The new Re public Roberts was inexperienced and unqualified Nor did RFK have any experience in state or federal court” (Wikipedia). RFK showed that not only did he deserve to be Attorney General but he was well qualified by, maintained more roles than anyone in his time.
