Which isn't necessarily true. There are many people in the world that have dropped out of school and went on to change the world in a huge way. And who knows I might be one of those people. There was one point in his speech that I do highly agree with and that was “There is no excuse for not trying.” And that’s true for both the points he makes in his speech and my opinion. No matter what you decide to do in life, whether you decide to work hard and graduate and then change to world or drop out work hard and then change the world, you can accomplish anything if you don’t try. I don’t look at dropping out of school as a failure. Maybe you had no other choice. Maybe you wanted to change the world right now but your plan wouldn’t work unless you dropped out.The way I see it is, if you made a change in the world or you feel like you succeeded in life, then it doesn’t matter whether or not you have a diploma or a GED.
