Remaining 23.5 percent also indicating that 'Incorporating RL in Strategic planning ' is somewhat important for RL costs. Hence the SME’s need to incorporate RL in strategic planning to control and cut down Reverse logistics costs. A RL strategy deals with all parts of the reverse flow hence incorporating RL in strategic planning would be beneficial to the overall supply chain.

Collaboration can be built on sharing of quality information and extending trust between the supply chain members. The supply chain partners should strive for developing effective collaborative objectives, common performance measures, sharing of rewards and risks and forming alliances.
