Abstract
This paper explores the Resiliency Reflective of a social worker Name Tracy Collins, who working at the Chester County Food Bank as an intern. The writer had to take a quiz before addressing the self-reflection paper. The main focused for the writer to learn about her own resiliency and protective factors in her life. This paper discusses the protective factors and resiliency that the writer portray at this point in her life. While promoting the way to build resiliency among her co-workers at the Chester County Bank, during her term as an intern.

It shows that I am a caring person, when it comes to family bonding. I found out that sometimes that I do not have close, clear and consistent boundaries with friends and co- workers in these places, I needed more support in my life. My childhood to adulthood, resilience comes from a positive relationship with my parents who were my role model. Other factors that benefits in during my events came from learning good coping mechanism and social support. “The capacity to cope with risk successfully changes over time and is enhanced by protective and promotive factors within the environment and the person” (Anthony, 2008; Stewart, Reid, & Mangham, 1997). Social workers need to know how to promote resilience in our clients. The quiz helps a person understand what kind of support I need to become resilient. Some of the articles explain how to and promotes resiliency in the workplace and in school. I had learn how to discover myself, knowing what I want and work hard toward it.
