You can find the Sea Urchin in the warmest seas to the coldest oceans off the coast of Antarctica. Because Sea Urchins are edible you may be able to find a sea urchin on the menu in a sushi restaurant. Sea urchins mostly eat kelp that they find nearby, but occasionally they will eat algae, sponges, or muscles. The Sea Urchin isn’t extinct because of its reproduction process.

Once they are released they float in the ocean and wait to be met with a free-floating sperm that is released by males. ONce the Sea Urchin is fully developed they can like up to 200 years, but the average lifespan is 10-12

The obvious difference between the journals is that one refers to a wolf and one to textbook. Roediger gives many examples and a few ideas for solutions to the rise on the cost of textbooks, while Hannibal states the benefits and consequence of having and not having wolves in their ecosystem. Blackfish belong in the wild and not in captivity. During the video one of the trainers said “Tilikum; one of the blackfish, has a curved fin”. It is due to captivity because it is a proven fact that less that 1% of blackfish get curved fins, and the ones that do usually are in captivity. Curved fins can also be caused by having no space in which to swim freely which is overall unacceptable and inhumane .This is a good example on why blackfish belong in the sea instead of a trapped closed in place. Writing Assignment #1 Lasiognathus dinema There are a couple misconceptions you might have about evolution and natural selection. The strongest and most important organisms do not survive over the generations. Although evolution occurs due to fitness in an individual or individuals of a species, an organism cannot survive over generations. Fitness is achieved through variations in populations of species through genetic differentiation (Scottville “n.d.”). Since the life cycle of all living organisms is to be born, survive, mate, and die, it is impossible for an organism to live through several generations.…
