The Nutria is a large mammal similar to a beaver. The Nutria has different appearances and ways of living. The Nutria is one of the world’s largest growing population animal.
Their bodies have different forms which helps them in their adaptation of swimming. These body changes are different than others. Their ears, eyes, and nose are high on their heads, which helps them by keeping the water from getting in them. These animals are described as large rodents because of their appearance and because where they are found. They are similar to beavers in size. Their tail is long, rounded, flaky, which makes their tale looks like a rat’s tail. They have hint webbed feet which helps them with the movement in water to move around. Their teeth are called “incisors’ and they are orange colored, the teeth help them cut any wood, plants, and to chew their food. They have two different types of fur they have an outer and an inner layer of fur. Their upper parts are a reddish brown color. Their bottom layer of fur is dark slay.

They are good keep around your ponds, rivers, or lakes so that they can keep it clean for you and it gets the job done for you. In some or most situations depending on the population in the area they may cause harm due to their heavy eating activity. They will have to defend themselves if you attack them try to prey them they will have to use what is called self-defense.
