According to the United Nation, Human trafficking is the third greatest problem around the world. Human trafficking happens in different parts around the world. Human Trafficking may happen to men, women, children, etc. The human trafficking is expanding around the world with different forms and types. The basic idea of the human trafficking is that the victims who are very poor people and do not have the basic of life are abused by the traffickers who need to make more money and take advantage over the victims. It is clear that human trafficking problem can be defined as the modern slavery and criminal act which is a violation the basic of the victims’ human rights.
The human trafficking is violated several Universal Declaration of Human Rights Articles. The human trafficking is against the article one which said, “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.” Also, human trafficking prevents the victims from their freedom which against the article two. There are a couple of initiatives examples such as on the September 2010 the group of the friends from twenty countries met in New York to take action against the modern slavery, human trafficking. According to the United Nation Office on Drugs and Crime UNODC, which is international and global organization, the group supports them to fight against the human trafficking. In addition, the Human Rights Council that seeks the human right for all numen beings regardless for their race, countries, religion, etc. The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) supports and funds for victim assistance, including medical and mental health assistance, as in some cases T-visas that allow trafficked victims and their family to live in the United
