The reporting party (RP) stated her son Pauljamal Butler DOB: 7/25/09 was provided care from 2012 (date unknown) through 12/2013 (date unknown). The RP stated that her son has a speech disability had has difficulty communicating verbally. The RP stated that beginning September 2013 her son began wetting his bed at night and at his Pre-K school. The RP stated that Juan Garay would pick Pauljamal up from school and bring him to the day care. The RP stated that on more than one occasion her son disclosed that Juan had hit him. The RP stated she questioned both Victoria and Juan regarding her son's allegation that was hit. Both Victoria and Juan denied ever hitting any of the children.
