The first and main role demonstrate by the employees is the role of the counsellor. According to Suppes and Wells (2003), counsellor helps in alleviating issues by proving clients with suitable therapy and interventions in an attempt to provide counselling towards their problems. Counselling was highlighted as the main role utilized by this rehabilitation centre since most referred clients enter the rehab centre with various addiction which can only be solved firstly via counselling. Upon hearing about the workload of the organisation, I felt sad for those who are employed, since they must ensure most or all clients recover without relapse. Addiction does not cover only one category but can involve internet addicts, porn addicts, gambling addicts or even sex addicts.
