Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Regression Analysis

In order to examine the data, we utilized SPSS statistical software and conducted a regression analysis of the direct variables of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work and Well-being, and Job Satisfaction against the constant independent variable, Frequency of Supervisor Feedback. We used regression analysis because it allowed us to discern any causal relationships between our dependent variables and one constant variable that might support or reject our hypotheses. We were looking for correlation as determined by r, r squared, and Pearson Correlation. We also looked for significance indicated by a score of less than 5%.

For Work and Well-being (indicated by ee) we found an r of .134, and r squared of .018. The adjusted r squared was .011. Significance is .121. Frequent Supervisor Feedback seems to support Work and Well-being by nearly 2%, but not with significance.
For Job Satisfaction (indicated by js), r and r squared results are .215 and .046 respectively. The Adjusted r squared was .039. There was significance as determined by a score of .012. Frequent Supervisor Feedback seems to support Job Satisfaction by nearly 5%, with significance.
A look at Organizational Citizenship Behavior (indicated by ocb) data shows r at .196 and r squared at .038. The Adjusted r square is .031. Significance is .023. Frequent Supervisor Feedback seems to support Organizational Citizenship Behavior by nearly 4%, with significance.
