One of them being the fact that I would like a more flexible back. It might take a while though because unlike some people, by back isn’t very flexible. I would achieve this by doing exercises that help loosen my back. An example would be the cobra stretch/pose. Another goal of mine would be to remember choreography better. I have the bad habit of not going over choreography until the next rehearsal which is very bad. Whether I practice it at home or watch a video of it, I need to get into the habit of practicing my dances at home rather than waiting until the next
