Since working with Barnardos targeted support team I have been able to develop those skill further and involve the family as a whole for the benefit for all.
I acknowledge that working with hard to reach and vulnerable people has a toll on the worker which is why I feel that regular supervision is vital and recently my training in Mindfulness has equipped me with the skills I need to remain focussed and healthy.
