Generally, I feel confident about this assignment compared to my initial experience with the week 7 coding exercises practice. I found the scenario to be straightforward and easy to figure out the primary reason for the patient’s visit. However, I struggled initially with the right keyword to input in the search bar on the SNOMED CT website for the primary reason for the visit. I tried numerous gynecological medical terms including family planning, women services, and contraceptive pills but was not satisfied with the results the website generated.
