This assignment was group work to demonstrate understanding of an essential characteristic of project management. This project I learned how to plan fundraiser and design a project charter, use mapping techniques, develop a Gantt chart, create a project budget to demonstrate these essential steps of managing a project. I believe this assignment I choose will support in the future workplace and help the outcome area of professionalism. I learned this project management application process and improved my knowledge and skills to reach my project objectives. We were a group of 20 people who were planning to establish a fundraising group to raise $ 3000 a month for three months or until they get rain. So we will buy water and transport to different places there is desperate need of water in Somali, this project was hard to start it, because we did not divide the workload between us but final we figured out the best ways to motivate people and trusted us.
