There was so much I learned this course in Public Health it keep me busy thinking and changing my view point of what Public Health I can remember my mom taking me to be immunized for free at health center way back in 50 's. Especially polio, I stern and sad her face looked before we got it, of making sure we knew the importance and that we all get that one and all that was available of others, after all of 11 children were done getting at health center how relieve she looked and not because of the time or all of getting something different. I found a little later reason for those expression that her father died of polio and my oldest brother died of reumentic fever damage to his heart because my step dad did not believe in doctors or medicine.

That the big industry farming had learn this in the another class always suspected, but not to such length as I learned from the Food, Inc film. I am glad it out their because of the changes that being made because of this and other action such we learned in chapter in our textbook, Additionally this why I want to become a nutritionist, because people should know and also eating healthy not just eating, but of the food handling, That is how the food was handle right down from to the farming, food processing, and when just simply at home cooking or at restaurant and the disease or illness that comes from how by these handlers of our …show more content…
This realization or in time their biggest fear as said in the Film Food, Inc. if they know what in the food would not eat.
I been working on looking on labels two reason for this and because of wheat allergy that so many food contain it and even products such as detergents, shampoos, even in toilet paper and diapers and if have other allergy such as corn, or a latex can be overwhelming to avoid. So can be deadly not mention of the food that animal eat either of corn or wheat so what does that mean if eat which from my daughter and myself can get sick from eating just meat.
A gluten free is best, but like I said if the livestock ate it that can build up in my system I get sick so I have to stay on the allergy pills. This is one of the message I like to get across when I am nutritionist to have them check for any food allergy, especially wheat, because it 's every where can cause many problems. Which I know has not been touch in the film, Food, Inc. Except, Seeing the animals being feed corn which naturally do not eat. Which what it is doing them making them sick dud would not be passed to us. The factory of food processing is also, important to keep on their foot so they keep sanitized, by not cross contamination. How they take care of their livestock or Which I did like seeing of setting these rules and standards keeping them
