I could not listen as much in class as much as I wanted to because it was so loud most of the time and I was sitting around people that were really talkative or just really annoying which was not the best environment for me, I tend to engage when people talk to me. I should have asked Ms. Henneman questions me not asking questions because I was scared hurt me in the long run. The fact that I did not ask questions gave the wrong impression to the Ms. Henneman that I did not care when I really did care a lot about my education. I did not ask as many questions as I should have because I am a shy person and I did not feel comfortable asking any questions to Ms. Henneman, but now I’m used to her a little bit more so I can ask way more questions. Asking questions is important for your grade because it shows the teacher you care and also if you did not understand something you could get some clarification. I should have made an effort to go to tutoring at least once but I did not come to tutoring because I live far away and it would be really hard for me to get to school on time for tutoring. Tutoring can also show the teacher that you care and help you get extra clarification to get the maximum grade available. I did not ask adults for help often when I was struggling in English class.
