After reading this article I noticed the importance of the way an organization can create a sales pitch that will benefit the ticket sales. The process of selling tickets provides a welcoming feel for the consumer, which relates to their ability to allow the organization to create a relationship between the two. The benefit from generating a mutual bond with the consumer lets the organization to have a lifelong bond that maintains the sales process as a whole. The process of funneling customers toward a specific aspect of sales is the best way to target them. In addition the data is used to separate them in groups within consumer escalator. Many things were highlight throughout this article because of the way the Red Sox organization lacked the ability to provide promotions. The main reason for the personal contact is emphasize the stress factor that comes when making a relationship with the consumers. This process is significant towards an organization such as the Red Sox that lack in this area during this time progression. In addition it provides the consumer an unrelated outlook on the way they were handling things. The fans initially sensed that the ability to be the number one priority along with not being treated right served as a huge issue for them. It gave an insight that the value of fan care was decreasing with the tickets sales. For example, Phil Ferraguto a season ticket holder since 1986 stated that he was hurt because of the lack of contact the Sox showed toward the season tickets holders (Benjamin, 1). This relationship created a bad perception for the Red Sox organization because of the lack of acknowledgement of the fan/fans had during the exchange.
