I created a broadcasting club called The Scorpion Scoop, which I feel has changed the attitude of Sedona Red Rock High School. The club effectively televises school announcements to the student body in a humorous manner, so the students pay attention to important information. I have tried to start this club in the past, but was continuously told it was too much of a challenge and would not work out. The rejection just made me more ambitious to establish this important club, as I would not take no for an answer. Few supported my idea to create this club, until one of my close friends decided to help. Because I was able to start this club and overcome many barriers, I have become a more confident person. I am now not afraid to express myself
