The principle of transfer is based on whatever is justly acquired may be freely transferred to anyone else. The principle of rectification of Injustices leads to how to deal with holdings if unjustly acquired or transferred. All three of these principles are evaluated by three guidelines to how a person may follow the three above mentioned principles. The first one is the initial acquisition of an unowned property is just when it originates through someone mixing his or her labor with it. This is really the only way the Nozick will allow anyone to claim that something is theirs and that they are entitled to the object. The second guideline is, a transfer is just if it is free and voluntary. In other words, when holdings arise out of the free, voluntary exchange and actions of persons. Thirdly, entitlement to holdings is a function of repeated applications of one and two. If the property is acquired in a way that violates one or two, then the rectification of an injustice is required. In conclusion, the third principle is not used unless a person breaks the first two principles and disrupts the system. If everyone lived under a veil that allowed them to not know who they could end up being, I think the world could become a more just world. The poor people would not be taxed more that the rich because the rich could become the poor and vice versa. On the other side, I like the idea Nozick taxation theory that we own the money we make and the government does not have a right to take it. However, it this became true then the government would fail and our nation would fail because no money would be in the circuit. The government offer us a certain amount of protection and keeps our roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure in general up to date and safe. My version of justice would involve the difference theory with the inequality. With the inequality people would try to better themselves to get a higher paying job. Freedoms and rights would be the liberty in the way that everyone is equal. Taxation would exist to keep the government running and the infrastructure in good condition. Yet the taxation would be based on income with the poor having less tax and the rich having more. That way the country will still have money but the distribution of the taxes would be more equal. Nozick, I would take all three of his principles because I think they seem just and
