Rebekah Cavazos: A Case Study

Decent Essays
The worker contacted Amy Marcazoni; who is cousin of Rebekah Cavazos. Mrs. Marcazoni stated “I really don’t have any concerns for Rebekah she and her husband are both very hands on parents and active in the children’s lives. I have no concerns I had kids over last weekend 7/22/16 -7/24/16. The kids were all happy and playing. Eli has some autism but his parent have him in therapy and aside from some outbursts he very well behaved
My concern is more for the older children who lived with her grandparents. Grandma is always in the bed not supervising the children and the grandfather works a lot. The children aren’t attending very often and I don’t think the oldest hasn’t been enrolled in school for at least three years.

Her name is “Dana Reeds,” and her daughters (beginning with the oldest to the youngest) are named “Priscilla,” age twelve, “Tina,” age eleven, and “Leslie,” age eight. Dana has four other children who don’t have a disability, and all of them go to school. This mother was the first option in my head to be the perfect example for the interview. I am related to her, and knowing she is an easy-going person, I knew she wouldn’t mind if I asked a few questions on the daughters who have autism.…
