I’ve completed this exercise several times in the past. It was for a time, quite a popular Facebook post. It’s not very difficult for me to complete without making a mistake. I imagine that I’m shutting down the left side of my brain so my right side can take over but, I’m not really sure. I can also rub my stomach while patting my head, and can spin my hands in opposite directions at the same time. I’m not sure how that works either but I know a lot of people cannot do it. I couldn’t find anything in the reading assignment that I feel was really associated with this exercise.
