In Lord of the Flies by William Golding the leader is Ralph, and I also agree with the author with this choice. If I had to follow a character in this book it would most definitely be Ralph for multiple reasons and my reasons are based off my past experience at school and in sports. Ralph is a great leader because he sees the big picture or the ending destination for that particular goal and how to accomplish it. Ralph in the story sees that task at hand as processes not only in his head what has to be done but also is vocal to others in the story about what has happened and what needs to happen to fix it.
