• Radiology codes such as 72170 (Pelvis) , 73020 (Shoulder; 1 view), 73562 (Knee; 3 views), 73565 (Knee, both knees, standing anteroposterior) & 73560 (knee; 1 or 2 views) were frequently getting denied as incidental across all payers. Need assistance on this issue.

Karen, would you please have the staff to review how the claim was submitted and make sure we have valid modifiers. Sumaty - what code (s) are the procedures being inclusive
