This concept of racial profiling has been around for long time already, and the people that can do something about this just let it pass like it’s not important. There are many cons to the racial profiling for example: racism, unethical, racial tension, statistically. These cons cause many problems in our society around any neighborhood. Then we have racial profiling by law enforcement officers , or “using race as a factor in conducting stop, searches, and other investigative produces”( Bush 2001). Personal thoughts are mad about the whole state,town,city or even your community can be for held be unfounded accusations. The way that enforcement officer make generalization is unpronounced and immoral just to treat a human being, one of your kind like their lower than you. ne person with any type of suspicion based solely on the color of someoneś skin. “An overwhelming 84 percent of the stops in the first three-quarters of 2009 were of black or hispanic new yorkers”(Herbert).The police were pulling over black and latinos more than white’s because these cops are just looking for the other color of a race to accuse them of something wrong. Then when the police pull over some people they start to frisk them and the ending results are them same. “ Some 59.4 percent of all hispanics who were stopped were also frisked , as were 56.6 percent of blacks, and 46 percent of whites”(Herbert).Even when it comes down to this the other races of color always have more police on them than the white people. There was a case when there were three white policemen accused of beating a black man pronounce not guilty in court, and that's when the riots started to happen because the court’s decision was not the correct call whatsoever. When the police are detaining someone possible that have been under the assumption of committed a crime. These is a civil liberties violation when the law enforcement do this sort of thing. “ The fact that a certain percentage of criminals may be black or hispanic is no reason for the police to harass individuals from those groups should be profiled”(Herbert).There not always a stats to what criminals groups will do more crimes in the year, just doesn't work that way. It’s the same thing with the Arabs people, just because couple of there culture group did that doesn't mean the what to do the same. The stats doesn't prove anything it just proves that the crime rates, that's all. The groups that commit those crimes, doesn't mean there type always will .
