The advertising industry must recognize the importance of embracing racial diversity. Evidently, the society is headed for a major change in demographics where the dominant white race will be less than the minority races. Even with this, the tenets of professionalism dictate that advertising personnel have to treat both their clientele and audience equally. The advertising industry is required to maintain communication with individuals from all backgrounds. The advertising industry should become more racially inclusive to take advantage of the ever changing demographics.
