Questionnaire Journal Response
This weeks’ questionnaire analyzes discuss the skills and behavioral approach to leadership. When conducting the questionnaire for this week I felt more engaged in the evaluation than last weeks’. I figured this is because I am becoming more aware of the leadership traits and how I can apply them to my personal leadership qualities. After the completion of the questionnaire, I could better classify myself and my approach to leadership.
The first assessment relates to skills approach, in which, it measured three different types of administrative skills: technical, human, and conceptual. Once I completed this particular
