One of the main reasons that nursing field has been relatively successful in terms of development is the fact that they continue to rely on national and international report that take into consideration the qualitative approach of relational design. In other words, the way that an organization is able to develop is by understanding what others have done successfully and asking themselves the critical question of what they can do to help create and sustain the same level of success. Ultimately, this is a reflection of design, purpose and the value proposition of these types of reports. Without these reports, the particular primary care perspective and the will to change would not be present. With this in perspective, leadership development is part of maintaining and creating a value proposition towards what can actually be sustained over time. Nurses and individuals who operate in this perspective on not only able to create the set standards for development but also for maintaining a value towards what it means to create adherence and alignment. Nurses are leaders within the healthcare field because they are on the front lines (Longpre et al., 2017). They understand the value that is associated with creating and maintaining these opportunities for change. Ultimately, it's important to see it as a place of perspective because it is part of how change can be sustained while focusing on different trends that are happening within the healthcare paradigm. Ultimately, these changes are a reflection of how leadership paradigms transformation over time. The fact of the matter is; individuals do not always operate in this perspective which means that the leadership paradigm is not always going to turn out to be the same. It's about recognizing these opportunities and looking at the report as a map way for what can be done to expand upon the basic opportunities for change (Syme et al.,
