Where is Qi Tea from? Qi Tea was originally founded in China by Joe d’Armenia in 1997. The Tea leaves are grown in the well-known Yellow Mountain Regions of China.

What is Fairtrade about? Fairtrade is about making sure all the people involved in making and producing a product are paid what they deserve. When a product is fairtrade certified all the people involved in the final product are paid fairly are probably better off than if the product was not a fairtrade product.

Below 1,100m mesic forests cover the ground, a well-balanced moist forest. From 1,100m to 1,800m it is deciduous forest. Deciduous forests are made up of three levels, the first level is made up of ferns, mosses, wildflowers, lichens and other small plants. Different shrubs make up the second or middle level. The last, third level is made up of many hardwood trees such as the Oak, Sweet gum, Beech, Maple, Birch and many more. Above the 1,800m point there is alpine grasslands.

Availability of Water - There are many rivers in the park such as the Poxi River, Qianxihe, Fuxi and Xiangxi. Three of these leading to Taiping Lake.

Soil quality - The soil quality is good, there is a vast variety of plants that grow in these areas. It is moist and isn’t overpopulated. Defense - The defense would have been very good, such steep mountains would have been and still are hard to get past without the right equipment.

Building Materials - Many of the building are built from stone and bricks for more structure and for protection from the elements such as the snow, fog and wind.

Aspect - There are multiple mountains and therefore mountains facing all different
