There are many jobs and fields in the world today, but few are for everybody. When looking for a job, people need to educate themselves about the job and on what it involves doing. One must be interested in all a job entails in order to pursue it seriously. Though there are many jobs out in the world, one may only be interested in very few. The decision is usually made on many factors including educational requirements, job security, salary, retirement benefits, job description and the skills needed for the particular job. The educational requirements for being a marine biologist are must have successfully completed a four-year undergraduate degree, such as a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Being a marine biologist is for an individual who is interested in nature, meaning plants and animals in the ocean or any body of water. There are many marine animals and plants in the world that need to be kept safe from harm. It is important to keep them all safe so the population of certain plants and animals will survive for the goodness of the ecosystem. The populations of plants and animals are important for the marine ecosystem, some are prey and some are predators; the cycle of life. These populations are also important to people, humans like seeing the exotic plant and animal marine life and if the population is low, then people won’t be able to visit those beautiful ecosystems as much to see the things that they
