The report stated the policemen attacked on the rioters. The first shot was not accurate, but it caused the rioters to be wild. The rioters attacked the policemen without fear; although, the policemen were shooting at them. Also, the policemen using bayonets when the refill their guns; however, the rioters didn’t get back as the police thought. Many of the rioters who stand in the front got a bayonet wound. At the same time, the mobs attacked on the engineering who were working on the wreck engine. Because of that, the engineering and the troops moved to the westward. The report stated that Capt.
