This concept taken from the Public Health Nursing Block 5, module 02 entitled as “Advance heath Assessment”
Health education is any combination of learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities improve their health, by increasing their knowledge or influencing their attitudes.
Health education is a profession of educating people about health.[1] Areas within this profession encompass environmental health, physical health, social health, emotional health, intellectual health, and spiritual health (Donatelle, 2009).

Concept 9: Cranial Nerves :
This concept taken from the Public Health Nursing Block 5, module 08 entitled as “Assessment of Central Nervous System Examination”.
Cranial nerves are the nerves that emerge directly from the brain it directly incudes in the part brainstem. Cranial nerves exchange information between the brain and parts of the body, primarily to and from regions of the head and neck. The cranial nerve emerges from the central nervous system. Each cranial nerves having pairs and present on both sides. There are the twelve pairs of cranial nerves. Cranial nerves have making tracks within and outside of the skull. There are many holes in the skull called "foramen" by which the nerves can exit the skull. There are 12th paired of cranial nerves which are …show more content…
Because when a patient come in hospital it is very important to done an initial assessment of every patient. Because by review the system assessment we can easily find out any CNS problem very earlier.
Concept 10: Proctosigmoidscopy :
This concept taken from the Public Health Nursing Block 5, module 06 entitled as “Assessment of lower gastrointestinal system”.
Proctosigmoidoscopy is an internal inspection of the lower large bowel (colon), using a scope called a sigmoidoscope. The sigmoidoscope is a small camera attached to a flexible tube. The procedure Proctosigmoidscopy was performed to examine the inflammatory, infectious and ulcerative bowel disease. The Proctosigmoidscopy are performed to check the any other inflammatory bowel disease, cancer or any other digestive tract disease. There are two main types of Proctosigmoidscopy as Rigid Proctosigmoidscopy and Flexible Proctosigmoidscopy.
Before performing this procedure the patient administered some kind of laxative drugs and recatl enemas to clean the bowel contents (Parkin & Wardle, et al, 2010).
