The best two examples of internal factors are self-esteem and self-efficacy. The best examples of external factors are family and environmental influences and social bonds. Internal and external factors dealing with self-esteem and self-efficacy can be similar and different because for some people, the internal and external factors are completely different from others.
Suicide
Have you ever thought one of your friends or family members was complete fine, but then they try to kill themselves? Even if you haven’t experienced this situation, over 32,000 families do every year in the United States. Over the past 20-30 years, the suicide rate in the United States is rising rapidly. Suicide rates are also rising very quickly over all parts of the world. The question here is, why is the suicide rate rising the fastest in the United states?

I also have certain values and valuable items I deem precious. In my home environment, I get to do what I want after I have done my chores and homework. The parents are the ones who always have rule over the entire house and family, so it makes sense that I would have to always do what I’m told before I can enjoy any kind of entertainment such as TV. I don’t disobey my parents often because I’d really rather not make my mother angry at me. As long as I do what she says, I have free will to do what I want. Values are pretty much the same thing as ethics aren’t they? Well, for my home environment, I act a little differently that I do at school. I’m not so uptight or uncomfortable in my cloths. I just walk around in some shorts and a shirt eating what I want to and speaking any way I would want to. In school I act shy, but at home, I’m completely out of my shell. The items I have are special to me. I have all kinds of birthday gifts from my mother who spent the small amount of money she has on. I have one item I deem most important over all. My butterfly necklace I had gotten for my 12th birthday. My mother says the stones on the necklace are real so I consider it a very important item. My family isn’t the richest. Besides, my mother has a rule where she will never lie to us. She never has, so I have no reason to doubt
